Seems like the Brita commercial I talked about here might have ruffled some feathers. It now sports a disclaimer:
Municipally supplied water has been treated to make it safe for drinking
The whole commercial looks quite ridiculous now. They should just pull it.

haha...that is funny! And I thought Indian advertising sucked. But honestly I am with you, here in India potable water being the biggest issue that was the first thought to cross my mind as well. Ridiculous advertising, what were they thinking of!
Anything to get ppl to buy your product!
I still haven't seen this commercial. I must.
Many municipalities have damn tasty water. Some, however, do not. Some, like one where I lived, have water that causes diarrhea, cha cha cha.
